In this game, a babysitter cares for a child who is monstrously large.

As a game protagonist, you’re tasked with taking care of a baby for several months. This is your first job; you must persevere through puzzles and horror levels in order to escape from the house. Babysitters often watch over babies when their parents are busy. However, in The Baby In Yellow MOD, you assume the responsibilities of a high-powered babysitter when your charges turns into a monster. You’ll also perform various adult tasks such as watching TV, eating and more. When your quest is nearing completion, visual cues warn you that your time as a babysitter is coming to an end. The Baby In Yellow MOD then introduces visually disturbing elements on the wall, like scrawled sentences warning you not to try to escape or ominous marks from an unknown source.
